This week’s book giveaway is for the inspirational historical romance book A Stolen Heart by Amanda Cabot.
What is this book about?
From afar, Cimarron Creek seems like an idyllic town tucked in the Texas Hill Country. But when former schoolteacher Lydia Crawford steps onto its dusty streets in 1880, she finds a town with a deep-seated resentment of Northerners–like her. Lydia won’t let that get her down, though. All will be well when she’s reunited with her fiancé. But when she discovers he has disappeared–and that he left behind a pregnant wife–Lydia is at a loss about what to do next. The handsome sheriff urges her to trust him, but can she trust anyone in this town where secrets are as prevalent as bluebonnets in spring?

I love tulips
Thanks for commenting Holly. 🙂
I love daisies because my grandfather used to grow tons of them and gave them away frequently. If someone was having a small wedding, a graduation, a birthday, whatever, he was happy to share. I also love antique roses because of the fragrance, beauty and disease resistance. Plus, I have a black thumb and can’t really grow anything very well.
Isn’t if funny how we gravitate toward those things that spark fond memories? Lilacs always remind me of my mom because she would put a few sprigs in the house when our lilac bush would bloom. Thanks for sharing about your grandfather Perrianne. 🙂
I love roses.
Thanks for commenting Vivian. 🙂

You’re welcome Sarah. Thanks for commenting. 🙂
I don’t really have a favorite flower. Because of allergies and a dislike of dirt and a seriously black thumb, I’m not good at growing things. I think hydrangeas are pretty, though. I like most purple flowers because it’s my favorite color.
Thanks for sharing Connie. 🙂
