Today’s book giveaway is for inspirational contemporary fiction book, Dear Mr. Knightley by Katherine Reay.Β  You can check out my review for this book here (Dear Mr. Knightley book review).

I will admit that I find something very romantic about writing letters. I know it is a dying art and maybe that is why is seems even more precious in today’s world. This book shared a wonderful relationship between two people forged by actual letter writing. πŸ™‚

  1. Is it awful that I’ve actually never read a Jane Austen novel? I’ve loved the contemporary takes and books that mention her beloved characters but never read one to say which is my favorite….

    1. I have Only read part of Pride and Prejudice I really need to read the whole thing lol.
I do love the classics though Thanks for the chance

  2. I don’t have a favorite. Thanks for the chance to win a book by an author I’ve wanted to read.

  3. I don’t know what my favorite would be because I have not read any of her books yet

  4. I haven’t read any of Jane Austen’s books yet. But there’s still time. My daughter in law loves her books and she’s also a school librarian.

  5. I’m not sure if I’ve ever read any of her books. I know I’ve seen movies based on them. Of the movies, I like Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Predjudice.

  6. I’ve only ever read Pride and Prejudice a really long time ago. I’ve considered reading more of her works.

  7. My favorite Jane Austen book so far is Pride and Prejudice, though I admit I haven’t yet read all of her books.

  8. I’ve honestly have never read a Jane Austen novel. Gasp! But this book looks like something I would enjoy. Yes, I’m totally judging a book by it’s cover (and your review!).

  9. Ouch hard to choose ~ it would be a toss up between Pride & Prejudice and Sense & Sensibility

  10. I would have to say that my favorite Austen novel is Persuasion, though I love them all! I love Pride and Prejudice, the character of Elinor from Sense and Sensability, and also Fanny from Mansfield Park! I really love ALL of Jane Austen’s novels, but yes, Persuasion is probably my favorite.

  11. I love Pride & Prejudice, but I haven’t read any of Austen’s books yet. Hopefully soon!
