Where can I learn more about this author and their books?
I was riveted by this story of one fallen angel and his interaction with a human. One thing that stood out to me while reading it was the realization that we (humans) really do not appreciate God and all that he does for us. What must it be like for the angels watching us as we continually receive God’s grace, love, forgiveness, protection, etc.? Do they consider us fools? This book did what I love in a good story… it made me think… it made me dwell on the blessings I have in my life.
Have you read any books that make you think long after you finish them?

I often think back to Francine Rivers’ book The Last Sin Eater. Just to think of the amazing work of Christ in our lives and the impact that truth can have for people entrenched in superstitions and lies. Thank you for sharing the review. I look forward to reading this one!
Thanks for sharing that Anne. I have not read that book, but have heard lots of good things about it. π
There have been many books, including many by Kristy Cambron and James Rubart.
Welcome to my website Les! I have not yet read anything by either of those authors. I will need to add some new books to my TBR list I see. π
I’ve read so many books! True crime books stay with me a long time. (I love watching Dateline, 48 hours, etc. On TV). Fatal Vision, And the Sea Will Tell, lots on Ted Bundy. And I weird or what?
Different books mean more at different times. It’s hard to break it down to one. Recently for me, it was Open by David Gregory. You can see my review at http://bit.ly/2l16SvL. I had forgotten all about The Last Sin Eater by Francine Rivers. Thanks for the reminder Anne!
I have not read that one Zoe. It is neat how God will use books to speak to us just when we need it, right. π
Ted Dekker’s books stay with for me a long time.
I have not read any of his books Caryl. I have heard quite a bit of good things about his writing though. π
The Reason by William Sirls is the most recent book that made me think. I need to reread soon. Thank you.
Lucy, I just read The Reason and loved it! π
That one does sound interesting Lucy. I think I will need to add it to my TBR list. π
