Giveaway at Loraine Nunley's website: Lean on Me by Pat Simmons #bookgiveaway

Today’s book giveaway is for the inspirational contemporary romance book, Lean on Me by Pat Simmons.Β  You can check out my review for this book here (Lean on Me book review).

Something that I love about fiction is that it gives people the ability to learn and talk about delicate matters in a less judgmental atmosphere. This story shined a light on the daily lives of family caretakers. Since I have not personally been in that position, I didn’t know very much. I loved that this author was able to increase my knowledge about it in such a good way.

Where can I learn more about this author and their books?

  1. I would like to learn more about what it feels like, what caregivers must do/go through each day, to care for a special needs child.

  2. I would like to learn stress coping strategies. Also how to stay motivated.

  3. I would like to learn about how to better care of our elderly parents…

    Thanks for the chance!

  4. Love learning that I’m not the only one with problems or medical issues and how others deal with it. Our own problems seem to get smaller when we see others.

  5. I’ve learned a lot of history by reading historical fiction. Especially the True Colors series and the Mayflower Brides series.
I’ve struggled all my life with weight issues so if I find a novel with the main character having issues with weight it helps me especially when they find a way to overcome.

  6. I like to learn how the people worked through whatever issue they were going through. Either good or bad. Thanks for the chance.

  7. I can’t think of anything specific but any story that would make me laugh would work

  8. How to balance caring for a sick parent and taking care of a husband and find time for yourself.

  9. How to deal with everyday stress Thank you for posting I love reading so I try to read to keep from stressing!
