This week’s book giveaway will run for three weeks and is for the inspirational historical romance series, London Beginnings by Jennifer Delamere.
This was a fascinating look at women in unusual professions during the late 1800s. An actress, a doctor, and an artist are thrown into the city of London where they struggle to be true to their dreams and find romance at the same time. I really enjoyed this series.
You can read my reviews of the books in this series HERE.

How neat Mindy! Thanks for sharing that with us. 🙂
I lived on a farm for part of my life. I was in 4-H and did barrel racing
Oh that sounds like so much fun Lori. Do you still participate in the barrel racing? Thanks for sharing with us. 🙂
No not anymore. But I have a daughter in law who has two horses and I can ride her horses. She only has english saddles because that is what she rides and teaches with. Those are a very different sort of riding. LOL

I’m a SAHM of 3 kiddos

At least they are living things right Emily? I talk to my computer which seems strange now that I say it. 😉 Thanks for sharing with us.
For years I lived off the grid and 14 miles from the P.O. to get mail daily. I also hauled water from 14 miles away. I was a city girl up to the age of 50 and became country-fied!
That sounds truly ambitious Sally. I’ve often thought of going off the grid but I am pretty sure I would stink at it. 😉 Thanks for sharing with us.
My Hubbie and I became missing in our fifties to S.E. Asia.

I was one of the first female flaggers on road construction back in the 1960s when I was in college. My sister and I worked during the summer up by Yellowstone. We had our pictures in the paper and on the front of a road construction magazine.

I’m 76 and an avid reader who still mows my own lawn.
How awesome is that Joan? Thanks for sharing with us. 🙂
Hmmmm….. well the unusual thing that most stands out about me is that I an so extraordinarily ordinary. I wanted to be a cheerleader in middle school (we called it Junior High) but I wasn’t outstanding or loud mouthe enough. I wanted to be “the pretty girl” but I was simply the plain jane brown eyed, brown haired girl that talked softly.
I did take ballet, tap dancing, and acrobatics for 5 years to correct my legs that had a problem. So maybe that is a bit unusual.
Ah, I’m pretty sure there are a few people who think you are not ordinary Vera, including me fellow blogger. 😉 Thanks for sharing with us.
My 2nd toe is taller than my big toe. It’s a little weird.
Welcome to my website Shelly and thanks for sharing. 🙂

Thanks for sharing Lucy. 🙂
I can’t think of anything unusual but I think working with children at an elementary school as a special ed para keeps me young.

My name is a combination of my mother and father’s middle names and it is unisual.
It is unusual and that is such a neat way to get it. Thanks for sharing that Perrianne. 🙂
I don’t know if this is so much unusual or not, because I really can’t think of anything else! But I am a tomboy through and through, even today. As a kid knee high to a grasshopper, my dad taught me how not only to fish, but dig for worms, bait my own hook, clean the fish and fry them up for dinner. I also loved climbing trees, digging in the dirt for worms and bugs, love reptiles of all kinds, am fascinated with different kind of bugs and critters, love camping (though I haven’t gone for years), and generally love most anything related to outdoors and “manly” stuff. I never learned how to hunt, but would love to one day.
Thank you for the book series giveaway Loraine! I’ve not read anything by Jennifer yet, I know I would be in for a treat with these.
That is so cool that you like all that Trixi. I remember helping my dad dig for worms but I drew the line at baiting my own hook. 😉 Thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to enter a great giveaway! Would love to win print copies of these books, especially since you are a new-to-me author, and also because I enjoy CF of this type. . .

Oh that is really interesting Michelle. Thanks for sharing with us. 🙂
I just killed off a virus that has been in my system for 23 years! It’s wreaked a lot of havoc during that time, 15 years of non stop one health issue after another. We finally found it last summer and I’m so thankful to finally be feeling better! I still have a lot of damage that needs to heal, but I got this yet!
Oh that is just awesome Abby! I’m so happy for you. Thank you so much for sharing that with us. 🙂
