Todayβs book giveaway is for inspirational contemporary romance book, One More Last Chance by Cathleen Armstrong.Β You can check out my review for this book here (One More Last Chance book review).
One of the things I liked about this story was the awkwardness of the hero in the presence of the heroine. It was so cute when he would get flustered trying to talk to her. I think that most of us can relate to that. I love that those moments of excitement (and awkwardness) are the hallmark of so many romances.

Small world I grew up in Scottsburg Indiana and my granddaughter Alyssa Brown lives in Charlestown IN. I would be honored to read your book. It is a beautiful cover by the way!
I’m not very social so yes I get awkward and call people by the wrong names. I am embarrassed more than not.
It is a small world isn’t it? Welcome to my website Carla. Thanks for commenting. π
Yes many times I have been tongue tied . I get uncomfortable around people so I tend to fumble over words.
Welcome to my website. Thanks for commenting Deans. π
Mostly an introvert so yes I do. Although as I get older each year Iβm less so. I guess old age makes me bolder or else I no longer worry what others think of me or what I say.
Thanks for sharing Gail. π

Yes! I’m an introvert, so it’s not easy for me to speak to others if I don’t know them well. I’ve gotten better as I’ve aged, but I’m still basically shy.
Thanks for sharing Winnie. π

When my husband and I were dating, I got tongue tied so much, I really thought he was going to leave me. Years later I found out from his mom that she told him to be patient and stick with me and see what happens. We have been married now for 36 years and I still get tongue tied talking to him at times. I love this man. A true gift from God.
That is so sweet Lori. π Thank you for sharing it with us.
Oh yes, especially when he knows what makes me laugh and runs with it!

When I was a bank teller and quite young, when I turned around suddenly there was a tall gorgeous man standing in front of my window. I was tongue tied, stuttered and couldn’t help but stare at him. I had a crush on him for awhile.
I love that Sally. That could be a scene in a novel. π Thanks for sharing.
Definitely. I never seems to work out like you think it will in your head. lol
I can relate to that Nancy. I always sound much smoother in my head. Thanks for commenting. π
That experience is not uncommon for me!

I was never very comfortable around boys I liked!
I though I’d read this book, but looked it up — and the one I read was called At Home in Last Chance. Guess this must be a series and I didn’t read all of the books!
