What is it about royalty that we find so fascinating? Is it their celebrity? Their regal airs? Their drama? Perhaps it is the life that many of us will never know. Many girls dream about being a princess and some even manage to do that on  their wedding day. One thing I do know is that finding true love is a special thing and in that respect, royals are no different from the rest of us. 🙂

  1. As the saying goes, “it’s nice to see how the other half lives”. 🙂

It’s interesting and funny at times how things are done or must be perceived.

Thanks for this amazing chance to win The Royal Wedding series by Rachel Hauck!

  2. I think the fascination with royalty is it so different from the normal life we live every day. It’s interesting to see how they live, dress and the extravagant ceremonies that the royals take part in.

  3. I know there is royalty all over the world, but of course England comes to mind first. I think there is a fascination with them because they live so differently than us. I think what I love most about (good) royalty is how much they care about their people and how selfless they are. It can’t be easy being in the press so often!

      1. Yes, very patient, and as you said, gracious! Thanks for the fun giveaway!

  4. Their beautiful clothes and jewelry, how they carry themselves and use their positions in power, and their access to the finer things in life (castles, gardens, food).

  5. For me it’s wondering what it’s like to be a real princess, we always see and hear the fairy tales, I’m just curious about the real life stories!

  6. What I enjoy is seeing how royalty find ways to serve others, especially “the least of these.”

  7. I love how dashing they look in all their splendid clothes 🙂 Not sure if I’ve really been intrigued by them though.
Thank you for the giveaway! This is one author who I haven’t read her books.

  8. As much as people think that royals must live a glamorous life, I don’t envy them! The lack of privacy, the numerous social rules and expectations, etc. are not how I would enjoy living my life. I am impressed by their selflessness, though, and their desire to help their country in whatever ways that they can.

    1. That is so true Karen. I would not want the notoriety and lack of privacy that they have. Thanks for commenting. 🙂

  9. I like most about royalty the difference they can make because they are known by all.

  10. I am not really a royal watcher. I think they probably live under a lot of pressure and scrutiny!

  11. I really enjoy family pictures of royals. I really like the clothes the children wear. Hopefully they are living the family life and setting the good examples that their pictures show.

  12. Royalty, people with enormous responsibilities and privileges from birth. Some even live up to the expectations others have for them.

  13. The impact that they have and I find them fascinating and thanks for the chance 🙂

  14. I love that royal families have the ability to make their nation/land a better place because of their finances and their care and love of the people they rule over.

    1. That is definitely a good thing about royalty Terressa. Welcome to my website and thanks for commenting. 🙂

  15. I don’t keep up with contemporary royal families, but I love to read about fictional ones. It started with fairy tales when I was little, and I think the dreaming that goes along with that continues.

  16. I love to read about Historical Royal people but I also like reading about the present royalty. I love most of their clothes and how they try to help people with whatever cause they are passionate about.

  17. Nice to read about how the others live. They have the ability to help others, and that is wonderful.

  18. The sheer amount of history behind each monarchy. Relatives, one way or another, have been sitting on the English throne for 1000 years, that’s a lot of history, a lot of lives lived….

    1. That is something really interesting Jasmine. I wish I could trace my ancestors back as far as they can. 🙂
