Welcome to this unboxing of the Literary Treasures Book Box – Ruby Red.

I have found some wonderful subscription boxes. My YouTube channel is full of video unboxing’s if you are interested. I also share my unboxing’s on my sister website for those boxes that are not books.

By far, my favorite boxes are the ones with the books in them. And those unboxing’s I share on this website.

This unboxing is the Literary Treasures Book Box. This is not a subscription service. Boxes are curated and then announced for sale when they launch. The boxes include one hardcover classic or YA read, and 8-10 items related to the book and theme of the box.

What did I get in this box? I am going to share the contents with you here. My review is not for the book or the items I received, but instead will be for the unboxing experience.

Unboxing

  • The box was arrived well labeled so I knew what was inside.
  • There was a product card inside giving information on the book and the swag items.
  • The first item in the box was a vintage postcard set.
  • The second item in the box was Dorothy’s basket.
  • The third item in the box was a packet of Wizard’s Brew coffee.
  • The fourth item in the box was a Mini Scarecrow.
  • The fifth item in the box was a Lollipop Guild Giant Lollipop.
  • The sixth item in the box was The Tin Man’s silk “sawdust” heart.
  • The seventh item in the box was an Oz Character zipper pouch.
  • The eighth item in the box was a Mini Book Keychain.
  • The ninth item in the box was a Ruby Red Slipper Magnet.
  • The tenth item in the box was a set of Oz Character Pins.
  • The eleventh item in the box was the featured book, The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.

This is everything I received in the box.

Review

What I liked:

  • This isn’t a subscription service so you can decide if you want to order the box based on the book.
  • All of the swag items were related to the book.
  • The book was a nice quality classic.
  • Fun and unique products.

What I didn’t like:

  • I received character pins instead of the collectable charm.

Overall Opinion

Okay. This was just a fun book box to unbox. Book boxes are my favorite ones to get. They did a great job of curating items that relate to the book. And I loved the quality of the classic book. It was a good price for everything I received. I will definitely be revisiting this company for future book boxes.

This box was $37.98 plus $9.96/shipping for a total of $47.96.
