Welcome to this unboxing of a the Neverland Book box subscription for April 2022.
I have found some wonderful boxes. My YouTube channel is full of video unboxings if you are interested. I also share my unboxings on my sister website for those boxes that are not books.
By far, my favorite boxes are the ones with the books in them. And those unboxings I share on this website.
I order this subscription through Cratejoy (affiliate link). The box that I subscribed to is the monthly box which includes two adult mystery fiction books.
What did I get in my box this month? I am going to share the contents with you here. My review is not for the books or the items I received because I haven’t read/used them yet, but instead will be for the content and subscription experience.
Unboxing
- The box arrived in damaged shape but well labeled.
- The first item in the box was the book, We’ll Meet Again by Mary Higgins Clark.
- The second item in the box was the book, The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown.

Review
What I liked:
- Different genres to choose from
- Tissue wrapped books
- Price includes shipping
What I didn’t like:
- Old fiction (over ten years)
- One book smelled old and stale
- No dust cover on one
- No shipment tracking info provided
Overall Opinion
This is my first box with this service. The price included shipping. I was disappointed in the quality of these used books, one didn’t have a dust jacket and the other one was yellowing and smelled stale. The fact that both books were over ten years old also made them not worth the inexpensive price I paid even if you factor in the free shipping. Initial shipment was slow so I received this package after I had already paid for the next month otherwise I would have cancelled it right away. I will be getting another shipment and hope that it will be immensely better than this one was.
This subscription service is $9.99/month (for two books) which includes shipping.
