I would open a bakery/coffee shop type restaurant and call it “The Bookery” like my small press because I think it would be cool to have an inperson bakery with a bookstore in it.

I’d call my new restaurant “Sally’s Kitchen”. It would be breakfst and lunch only. I’d advertise by offering coupons for free coffee or more. It would be country breakfasts and oup, salad and sandwiches for lunch.
