What is this book about?
Rome, AD 270. In the wake of the emperor’s marriage ban, rumors swirl that there is one man brave enough to perform wedding ceremonies in secret. But as his fame grows, so do fears for his safety.

Vanentine’s Day has always been special in my family. You see my parents met on a blind date and were married 7 days later on Valentine’s Day. If there was ever a couple that described and showed true love, it was my parents. Even now years later, it’s a special day because of them.
Hubby and I don’t care for the crowds ON Valentine’s Day, so we had our special meal out last week – a week early. On Valentine’s Day, hubby and I will enjoy cooking a delicious meal together at home. What is still up in the air because depending on the weather will depend on what we fix. Right now, it’s leaning more to any indoor meal. Whatever we eat, the joy will be working together to prepare it. We both love being in the kitchen. And you have to love a man that doesn’t mind clean up duty. 🙂

A lot has changed since the two kiddos have moved out and started their own lives. Now it is just my husband and I. He is not real big into Valentines Day. So sometimes it goes by with out any thing happening. Once in a while he will say Happy Valentines Day in that week. After 41 years I have gotten used to it. Our kiddos on the other hand love to share what they have done for that day. Many times I will receive a card in the mail.
