Today I am unboxing a second Fiction Surprise box from Christianbook.com. This box used to be a complete mystery – a grab bag of fiction titles, if you will. Now you can see what titles are included in the box. After purchasing this box in June, which I was happy with, I was curious to see if the selections would change.

I am pleased to say that they do. I was also excited to see some titles that I have on my TBR list. So I had to get another box. The box has 10 fiction titles for $9.99 plus tax and shipping. I also found a few titles to add to my order.

Incidentally, if you are interested in checking out book box subscriptions, you can check out these posts. I also post my unboxings on my YouTube channel.

Unboxing

  • The first book in the box was The Case of the Sin City Sister by Lynne Hinton (Mystery and Suspense).
  • The second book in the box was Precisely Terminated by Amanda L. Davis (YA Dystopian).
  • The third book in this box was Conspiracy of Silence by Ronie Kendig (Military Suspense).
  • The fourth book in this box was Rise of the Mystics by Ted Dekker (Supernatural Thriller).
  • The fifth book in this box was Thirst of Steel by Ronie Kendig (Military Suspense).
  • The sixth book in this box was When Mockingbirds Sing by Billy Coffey (Coming of Age Fiction).
  • The seventh book in this box was Imperfect Justice by Cara Putman (Legal Romantic Suspense).
  • The eighth book in this box was Hurricane Season by Lauren Denton (Southern Women’s Fiction).
  • The ninth book in this box was The British Brides novella collection (Historical Romance).
  • The tenth book in this box was An Amish Home novella collection (Amish Romance).

In addition to the surprise box, here are four deals that I couldn’t resist, An Amish Miracle novella collection (Amish Romance), Midnight on the River Grey by Abigail Wilson (Historical Romance), A Tale of Two Hearts by Michelle Griep (Historical Romance), and The Pages of Her Life by James L Rubart (Speculative Fiction).

Here is the whole box.

Overall Opinion

This is the second time I ordered this box and I am really happy with the purchase. Even though one of the books is a duplicate from the last box, I particularly wanted to read the two books by Ronie Kendig and Hurricane Season so the price of the box was definitely worth it. The box was $15 which amounts to less than $2/book. Christianbook.com is a great website to find deals on Christian fiction.
